Our superstructure material includes all wall framing, internal and external, roof frames or panels, insulation, external cladding and second floor mezzanine flooring system inclusive of the 1” plycem board.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
LOCAL ORDERS
All members are panelized in our controlled factory environment. Walls, floors and roof panels/trusses are pre assembled for a seamless installation process on site.
This allows for erection efficiency, ensuring a high quality while significantly reducing labor costs
EXPORT ORDERS
Individual members are color coded, banded, and flat packed for economical shipping purposes.
The “difficult” work is done in the engineering and manufacturing of the members in the factory. This leaves no room for errors and a seamless installation process.
We also offer installation support in the form of the following: Video tutorials, installation manual as well as the option to have support from our local team come to your site.
